Physicians

All our Physicians are highly trained Medical Doctors who work in the specialized Field for at least ten years. Board Certification in Endocrinology and Metabolism is essential to provide quality healthcare.

Dr. Kraeher graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 1991. She was Internal Medicine Resident in Cabrini Medical Center, Manhattan, New York before practicing in Urgent Care Facilities and Geriatric Centers in the Midwest. She completed her Endocrinology Fellowship in 2002 at the University of Texas, Galveston, TX. Dr. Kraeher started practicing Endocrinology in Palm Beach County in 2002 and is specialized in Thyroid disease, Diabetes Mellitus, Adrenal Diseases and Osteoporosis.


Dr. Feldman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1980.  He was chief resident in medicine at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in San Francisco before doing his fellowship in Endocrinology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.  He was in clinical practice for 27 years in Princeton NJ prior to moving to Southern Florida.  While in New Jersey he was voted as a Castle Connolly “Top Doctor” by his peers in the New York Metropolitan area for 2011 and 2012.  Dr. Feldman is the only physician accredited as Endocrine Certified in Neck Ultrasound within Palm Beach County, FL.  His practice specializes in thyroid disease, including biopsy of thyroid nodules, diabetes mellitus including insulin pump therapy, glucose sensor technology, as well as pituitary disease and general endocrinology, Adrenal Diseases and Osteoporosis.


Dr. Munoz graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2009 and went on to perform her residency in Internal Medicine at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida. She completed her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Larkin Community Hospital in 2014. Dr. Munoz is a juvenile diabetic, diagnosed at the age of 8, whom is currently on insulin pump therapy. She specialized in Diabetes, Thyroid disease, PCOS, Pituitary disorders, general endocrinology, Adrenal Diseases and Osteoporosis.


Dr. Rodriguez attended University of Miami for her undergraduate education and graduated from the UM Miller School of Medicine in 2015. She continued her medical training in South Florida, completing her Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology/Diabetes-Metabolism Fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Hospital and the Miami Veteran’s Health Administration. Throughout her medical training she has experience treating a wide variety of endocrine conditions and has worked with world-leading experts in the field. She has a strong research background in Osteoporosis and also specializes in general endocrinology, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary disease and Diabetes Mellitus.


Dr. Ventura is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and board-certified Endocrinologist. She received her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2010. She then completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, NJ in 2016 and went on to complete her Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism fellowship at the University of Rochester, in Rochester NY. Dr Ventura specializes in Thyroid disease, Diabetes Mellitus including sensor augmented insulin pump therapy, Gender-Affirming Hormone therapy, general endocrinology, Adrenal Diseases and Osteoporosis.


Kathleen Kurit APRN is nationally recognized as a certified Nurse Practitioner with ANCC certification. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Boston College and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at Barry University. As a nurse practitioner specializing in endocrinology for over 17 years prior to joining South Florida Endocrine Center, she gained extensive experience managing patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She started her career at Boynton Beach Endocrinology and prior to joining South Florida Endocrine Center, she was on staff in the department of Endocrinology at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston.


Dr. Raisa Mayers is a female endocrinologist whose journey in medicine began at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) in Lima Peru, where she graduated from medical school in 2014. Her commitment to patient care led her to pursue further training in the United States, completing her internal medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Michigan in 2022. Dr. Mayers passion for endocrinology was cultivated during her fellowship at HCA Bayonet Point Hospital, where she honed her expertise in treating a wide range of endocrine disorders. She specialized in Diabetes, Thyroid disease, PCOS, Pituitary disorders, general endocrinology, Adrenal Diseases and Osteoporosis. Known for her compassionate demeanor and patient-centered approach, Dr. Mayers is revered for her ability to listen attentively to her patients' concerns. Her deep understanding of endocrinology, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the latest advancements in the field, allows her to provide comprehensive and personalized care to each individual under her care.


Aimee Herrington PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant who received her Masters in Medical Science in 2011 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science in General Biology from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Prior to joining South Florida Endocrine Center she worked for 10 years in family medicine with Millennium Physician Group before specializing in Endocrinology. In addition to her high proficiency in treating thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, and pituitary diseases, she especially enjoys insulin pump management and the ever-developing diabetic technologies. She has dedicated her career to managing difficult metabolic diseases and promoting a happy, healthy lifestyle.
